Q From what time can I check-in ?
A Check-in time is from 15pm, and check-out time is until 12pm. Please contact us if you are in need of early check-in or late check-out.
Q Can you hold my baggages after check-out?
A Yes, we will be happy to store your luggages after check-out.
Q Do you accept credit card for room charge?
A We accept following major credit cards. VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Q What is your cancellation policy?
A Cancellation made within 24 hours will incur a full charge. The day before the arrival date (before midnight) will be charged half of total amount due. Please contact us for details.
Q When do I pay for my room charges?
A Payment for your stay will be made upon check-out.
Q Do you have a coin laundry?
A We do not have washing machines, but we offer laundry service.
Q What kind of amenities are provided in the room?
A Each room has safetybox, refrigerator, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hair dryer.
Q Can you arrange a taxi?
A We will arrange a taxi service for you. Please contact your staff at any time.
Q Are there any shops and restaurants near the villa?
A Hang Tuah street is five minutes walk from the villa. When you go to the left of the street, there are small shops along the way to the Sanur beach. On the right side, is a by pass, has Dunkin Donuts and Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Q Do you have pajamas/yukata?
A We do not have pajamas, but we offer yukata (japanese robe) and geta (japanese sandals).
Q Can I get my money exchanged?
A Not in the front desk, but there is a money exchange place near the villa.
Q Do you have any baby beds?
A Please contact us in advance if you need to request one.
Q Do you have any wheelchairs for rent?
A We are terribly sorry, we do not offer rental wheelchairs.
Q Is massage available in room?
A Yes, we offer in-room massage. Please contact us for details.
Q Do you have humidifier?
A We are terribly sorry, but we do not offer humidifier.
Q I need to boil water to feed milk for my baby. Do you have a kettle in room?
A We are terribly sorry, but we do not have kettles in our rooms. Please contact us and we will prepare your hot water.
Q Is car parking available?
A Yes, we have a car parking available for our guests.
Q What depth is the pool?
A At the shallow end, the pool is a meter deep and the maximum depth is 1.5 meters.
